Assembly 100 honors our Veterans

Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100 celebrated our veterans over the Veterans Day Weekend.  On Friday, November 9, 2018, members of the Color Corps joined Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School for their annual Veterans Day Mass and Assembly.  The Mass was celebrated by Faithful Friar and OLF church Pastor, Father Reggie and SK Father Damian.  Parent and current  US Army Captain Brian Rooney spoke to the children about the importance of Veterans Day and his experience in the military.   Later that evening, Sir Knights George Ribellino, Scott Criscuolo, Anthony Armentano and Jim Booth attended the annual fundraiser mini-golf tournament held by Homes for the Brave in Bridgeport.  The Assembly was a tee sponsor.

On Veterans Day November 11, 2018, members of the Color Corps led the procession for the Norwalk Exchange Club Field of Flags ceremony to honor veterans.  Former State Senator and Assembly 100 SK Larry Cafero was the master of ceremonies for the beautiful tribute.
