Faithful Navigator and District Deputy George Ribellino and Color Corps Commander Scott Criscuolo represented Assembly 100 at the CT State Council Annual Pro-Life Mass which took place on Sunday, January 15, 2017.  Archbishop Blair was the celebrant and spoke about the sanctity and respect of human life. 

A Baby Shower for Unwed Mothers was held in conjunction with this Pro-Life Mass.  All the items collected will be distributed to Catholic agencies in Connecticut that support unwed mothers.

Our Assembly was honored to be one of the sponsors and to join our Brothers from Gen Philip Sheridan Assembly 107 to deliver Christmas presents to our veterans at the West Haven VA early this morning. It is the least we can do for the men and women who served to keep us safe. Merry Christmas and God Bless America!

Our Assembly had the honor of attending and providing an Honor Guard for the American Legion Veteran of the Month (December 2016) ceremony honoring American Revolution War Hero Isaac Fillow!

An honor to be a part of the Frank C. Godfrey American Legion Post 12 Veterans Recognition Dinner in Norwalk. Around 30 Sir Knights and family attended this wonderful dinner. God Bless our Veterans and God Bless America

On 11-10-16 we honored our recently deceased beloved Sir Knights at a Memorial Mass and Chalice Service at Our Lady of Fatima in Wilton. It was a beautiful tribute to our brothers who have paved the way for our Assembly and did so much for others. The Annual Columbus Day ceremony with the Italian community on Sunday, October 9th. This event is usually held at the Heritage Wall, but since the weather did not cooperate the ceremonies were held at Knights of Columbus Hall at the Norwalk Saint Ann’s Club. It was an honor for the Assembly to take part in this great event. Thanks to the St Ann Club, Sons of Italy and Council 46 for their hospitality. Also a beautiful Mass by Father Franz from St.Joseph Church.

Assembly Oficers installed 10-5-16! Thanks to Former District Master Charlie Sullivan and his former Chief of Staff Joe Duplessie for installing the officers of Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100! In addition thanks to Faithful Friar Father Reggie Norman for his support and spiritual guidance.

In a solemn outdoor ceremony held on Saturday morning, September 10 on the beautiful grounds of Notre Dame Convalescent Home in Norwalk, members of Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100 were joined by their families as well as residents and staff of Notre Dame at a special Mass in remembrance of those who lost their lives fifteen years ago on September 11, 2001.

“It is a true honor to pay respects to those lost on 9-11-01,” said George Ribellino, Jr. newly elected Faithful Navigator of Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100.

On a bright, sunny morning, Notre Dame residents, along with staff, volunteers, a Knights Color Guard and a bagpiper formed a procession across the Notre Dame grounds to a special area where the Mass was held.

Father Reggie Norman, Pastor of Our Lady of Fatima parish (Wilton) and Faithful Friar of Knights of Columbus Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100 was the celebrant of the Mass. Special American flags bearing the names of 9/11 victims were part of the ceremony as well.

Father Reggie in his homily about the 9-11 Anniversary said, “What this day of remembrance allows us to do is to reflect, to recall tragic events and to give thanks for the men and women and children whose stories give us proof of the best of human virtue. This anniversary is a call to live in faith, in forgiveness, and in the truth that the life death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is our life, our destiny our hope as human beings and specifically as Christians.”

The Mass was coordinated with Notre Dame’s Sister Lucie Monast, SSTV. Following the Mass, a special picnic was held for all attendees in which the Sir Knights helped serve. It was truly a special and memorable morning for all.

“It was a wonderful day to honor those whose lives were lost on that sad day, and I thank everyone who took part in this ceremony”, said Knights Color Corps Commander Scott Criscuolo.

The Diocesan Blue Mass on 9/11/2016 with an honor guard led by our CCC Scott Criscuolo with Brother Knights from across the diocese in regalia along with first responders from throughout Fairfield County. A beautiful tribute commemorating the 15th anniversary of 9/11 and remembering all those affected as well as honoring our police, fire and first responders. Never Forget!
